Day 1: Fundamentals & Descriptive Analysis Using SPSS

• Overview of quantitative data analysis in social sciences
• Understanding data types and measurement scales
• Data preparation: entry, coding, screening, and cleaning
• Descriptive statistics: mean, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis
• Data visualization and graphical summaries (charts, histograms, box plots)

Day 2: Inferential Statistics, Factor Analysis & Reliability Using SPSS

• Fundamentals of hypothesis testing and significance levels
• Comparing means: t-tests and one-way ANOVA
• Correlation and simple linear regression analysis
• Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA): assumptions, extraction, and rotation methods
• Reliability and internal consistency assessment (Cronbach’s Alpha)

Day 3: Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), SEM & Path Modeling Using AMOS

• Introduction to Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) framework
• Understanding and constructing measurement and structural models
• Conducting Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA)
• Evaluating model fit indices and validity (convergent, discriminant)
• Mediation and moderation analysis within SEM framework
